Edible flowers and botanical cocktails

Many of the flowers in the cutting garden can be used in cooking and in botanical cocktails. Rachel will show you how to make the most of the edible flowers in your garden and share ideas for cooking and for infusing into gin and vodka to make delicious cocktails. You will then make a floral infusion with gin or vodka and an edible bouquet to take away with you.
