a floral pathway

This is designed for anyone who finds themselves at a crossroads, knowing they want to change but not quite sure how, or to what. Who want to start ‘something’ involving flowers, nature and creativity. You may be an existing creative whose current projects are not feeding your soul and you want to move into something more aligned with who you are and what you love.

You will be encouraged to move away from the preconceived idea of a mainstream creative business to mould something that feeds into your very essence. The focus is helping you to develop your own beautiful and unique style, to allow your creativity to flourish so that you have the skills and confidence to take your business forward. Designed specifically so you can unlock and create a totally unique business that works for you, this is not a ‘flower school’, rather it is a bespoke offering which we hone and refine once we know and understand what you need. Designed entirely and specifically around you, it will enable you to unlock and create a totally unique creative business.

What does it include?

The sessions are run by me, Rachel Petheram and the wonderful bio artist Fiona Pickles . We are two deeply empathetic souls, connected to the earth, landscape and natural materials. We express our own connection with nature in very different, unique ways and are highly skilled in helping others to find their creative voice. We want to share our experiences to guide you and to ensure you are telling your own story through flowers, plants and nature.

An eight month course, one session per month, the pathway consists of totally bespoke learning in Rachel’s floral haven within the kitchen garden at Doddington Hall in Lincolnshire. No more that four students on each cohort allows us to really focus in on you and what you need. All teaching follows sustainable practices and only seasonal, locally sourced and found materials will be used, so you learn how to work with whatever is available naturally and seasonally.
