We know that contact with nature is good for us – contact with plants, animals, natural spaces alters our physiology and make us feel calm and grounded.  Further than that, though, being connected with nature is more than just spending time in it. It is about developing an emotional connection to and relationship with the natural world. My sessions seek to help you to find that bond with nature, to find stillness and calmness, to help you to connect with your creativity, to be open to new ideas, to be open to energy moving through reiki, to become unstuck and to develop a beautiful and personal connection with the natural world.

Alongside my garden designer husband, Guy, we created a beautiful therapy garden within the kitchen garden at Doddington Hall. My aim is for you to come into the garden and feel protected and safe, enclosed by a community of living things that you are part of and supported by. Being in nature, engaging with the seasons, and seasonal material, with the help of an experienced facilitator, enables you to make progress in whatever you need, and I can do this in a variety of ways.

Restore & renew

Workshops and private sessions using nature, flowers and reiki to help you if you are feeling frayed around the edges, blocked, anxious, at a crossroads in your life.  You may wish to deepen your own connection with nature or are curious about energy work and wish to explore it in a personal, earthy way.

Professional Development

Professional development for anyone who needs change in their life or career. You might be starting out or need some help deciding how and what to start out to. You may be an experienced creative or established in your career but need help with facilitating change.

Botanical Creativity

Workshops designed to free your creativity and to help you to express your connection with the landscape and the seasons, to allow you to create from the heart rather than the head.

Wedding Flowers

I am deeply connected to the seasons and to nature and all my arrangements reflect that connection.  My job is to tell your story through flowers, to beautifully entwine you, the seasons and the scene you would like to set for your celebration. It is a highly personal relationship and I work with earthy nature loving couples who are inspired by meadows, woodlands, gardens and landscapes.

CREATIVE COLLABORATIONS

Throughout each year and across the seasons, I’ve decided to team up with a selection of hand-picked creative collaborators. These talented individuals will be co-hosting a unique series of workshops and classes with me, as we explore what nature means to us, through several different modalities of creative exploration.

Wheel of the year courses

The wheel of the year is a calendar based on ancient Celtic and Germanic festivals that celebrated our connection with nature. The calendar revolves around eight festivals, each one signalling a shift in the season, weather, and the natural world around us. The purpose of this calendar is to connect with nature and its cycles. Celebrating these seasonal shifts is intended to help us to deepen our connection to nature and our awareness of the seasons and the earth.
